Job summary

Monks is seeking a dedicated Post Producer to drive end-to-end post production across global campaigns. You will partner with a North American team and work with editors, sound designers, and stakeholders to schedule and deliver content for broadcast, web, radio, and beyond.

You will define delivery timelines, assess client requests, and assemble the best-muited team for each project. Strong planning, communication, and Excel/Frame.io proficiency are essential to keep complex workflows on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar post-production coordinating role across commercial, digital, and TV/Broadcast.
• Able to anticipate blockers, coordinate next steps, and provide clear visibility into status.
• Familiar with sound, picture, and workflow considerations in post-production.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery schedules for projects and secure deadlines.
• Review new requests to pinpoint what needs to be done and by when.
• Build the right team and resource plan for every task.
• Schedule our people and oversee the post-production process from start to finish.
• Brief team members on delivery objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure alignment on priorities and ETAs.
• Provide clear visibility into project status and potential pitfalls.
• Create and maintain charts, schedules, trackers, and related tools.
