Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA where applicable) and a safe working environment.
• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure timely, efficient output.
• Develop and manage annual budgets; control operating costs and drive cost saving measures.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; foster teamwork and accountability.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on long-term capacity planning and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and address operational bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
• Drive implementation of ERP systems (SAP) and production management best practices.
