The role requires leading Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and EHS, with a track record of successful new product launches and ramp-ups.
Automotive experience is highly desirable, and fluent business English is expected.
Qualifications
- Former experience leading a manufacturing plant or business unit.
- Full responsibility for plant operations and financial results.
- Experience managing Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and EHS.
- Proven experience with new product launches and operational ramp-ups.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with international customers and corporate teams.
- Fluent business English.
- A stable and progressive professional career.
- Automotive experience is highly desirable.
