G&W Electric Co. in Mexico's San Luis Potosí plant seeks an accomplished Operations Leader to oversee Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance, setting objectives and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment availability.

You will lead supervisors, align resources with demand, manage capacity and budgets, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Fluent English and strong leadership are required.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Operations strategy for Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance aligned with demand and plant growth.
• Lead and align Supervisors and Team Leaders with strategic priorities and results.
• Manage capacity, resources, and budgets; control costs and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 and safety policies.
