Ampstek is seeking an experienced Performance Tester to lead and execute complex testing initiatives. You will design realistic workloads, script tests with JMeter, monitor across AWS and containers, and analyze production metrics to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, document findings, and mentor junior testers to ensure high-quality performance deliverables.

Formación

• 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years in performance testing.
• Strong experience with JMeter scripting and test design.
• Ability to analyze production logs and traffic for peak usage and bottlenecks.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools (Datadog, AppDynamics, Kibana) and cloud workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Automate and script performance tests using JMeter.
• Model workload scenarios and design load, stress, endurance, spike tests.
• Analyze production logs and traffic to validate test scenarios.
• Monitor applications across AWS, containers, and orchestrators; identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate distributed testing setups; debug connectivity and data distribution issues.
• Analyze results, prepare observations and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Lead performance testing activities and mentor junior testers.
