A leading IT consulting firm in Mexico is seeking an experienced Performance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and expertise in OpenText LoadRunner. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to effectively manage activities between onsite and offshore teams. This is a full-time role in the Information Technology sector. Candidates should have a deep understanding of Performance Testing processes and be able to articulate performance risks to stakeholders.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
• Proven ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders on NFRs results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience analyzing performance via AppInsights.
• Ability to lead stakeholder meetings on NFRs and articulate risks.
• Excellent coordination between onsite and offshore teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Understanding of Power BI based applications.
