A global IT services company in Mexico is looking for a Performance Tester to develop test plans and execute performance testing. Responsibilities include designing load tests using Load Runner and analyzing test data. The ideal candidate has a mid-senior level of experience and is prepared to inform the test lead of any issues affecting quality or schedule. This is a full-time role.

Performance Tester – Responsibilities

• Write and prepare technical performance test plans
• Develop data driven test automation scripts and execute performance and load testing
• Use Load Runner (or other similar tools) to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services and SQL Server
• Design and execute daily load BVTs as well as larger, system level tests
• Analyze data gathered from performance tests
• Report findings and log defects
• Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process
