Capgemini Mexico is seeking a capable Performance Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute performance test strategies across web, mobile, APIs and enterprise apps. You will craft scripts with K6 or JMeter, run load and stress tests, and analyze bottlenecks in a collaborative, DevOps-friendly environment.

You will work with development, SRE and architecture teams, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and promoting shift-left quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with K6 and/or Apache JMeter.
• Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience analyzing JVM, application, database performance metrics.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, TCP/IP, caching, and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL and database performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.

Responsabilidades
