Job summary

EY is seeking a People Experience Partner to provide high‑touch HR partnership to assigned client groups within the region. You will advise leaders on complex people matters and help drive employee experiences through standardized processes, tools, programs, and data‑driven insights.

With strong generalist HR expertise and experience in matrixed, global or regional environments, you will collaborate across HR teams and geographies to ensure timely, compliant, and impactful people solutions that

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with regional or global exposure.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in shared-service, clustered, or tiered HR operating models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide people partnership support to assigned client groups and leaders across the region.
• Coach and advise leaders on complex or sensitive people matters.
• Support leaders across employee relations, performance, talent, learning, rewards, mobility, and change initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR delivery teams to ensure service levels and escalation processes are followed.
• Implement standardized HR processes and support leaders in routine activities.
