NOV is seeking an experienced LATAM Payroll Manager to lead multi-country payroll operations across Latin America, including Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago. Reporting to the Director, Global Payroll, this role will oversee payroll services with ADP and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant processing across the region.

The ideal candidate will drive governance, data integrity, and standardization within a global shared services environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years leading a payroll team in a multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting multi-country LATAM payroll operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Experience with ADP GlobalView/Streamline/Celergo or similar.
  • Strong payroll accounting, reporting, and controls knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Experience in payroll governance and process improvements.
  • Payroll certifications or professional qualifications.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead day-to-day LATAM Payroll Central operations across multiple countries.
  • Develop and manage a team of Payroll Administrators for high-quality service.
  • Partner with ADP and vendors to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
  • Meet payroll calendars and statutory deadlines across all countries.
  • Maintain payroll master data integrity and data quality standards.
  • Serve as SME for payroll legislation, compliance, and inquiries.
  • Review and approve payroll results and system changes.
  • Build relationships with HR, Finance, Payroll Technology and providers.
  • Coordinate payroll reporting for accounting and statutory filings.
  • Support payroll system implementations and migrations, and onboarding of new LATAM countries.
  • Monitor service levels, drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ensure data privacy and governance in payroll processes.
  • Participate in regional/global payroll projects; occasional international travel.

NOV is seeking an experienced LATAM Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of multi-country payroll operations across Latin America. Reporting directly to the Director, Global Payroll, this role will oversee payroll services for countries including Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago, with additional countries expected to be added as the regional payroll function continues to grow. The successful candidate will lead a team of Payroll Administrators while partnering closely with ADP, HR, Finance, Payroll Technology, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across the region. This position plays a key role in driving payroll governance, process standardization, data integrity, vendor management, payroll technology initiatives, and continuous improvement within a global shared services environment.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the LATAM Payroll Central team supporting multiple countries across Latin America.

  • Manage and develop a team of Payroll Administrators to ensure high-quality payroll service delivery.

  • Partner with ADP and other payroll vendors to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.

  • Ensure payroll calendars and statutory deadlines are consistently met across all assigned countries.

  • Maintain payroll master data integrity and promote high standards of payroll data quality.

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for payroll legislation, compliance, and payroll process inquiries.

  • Review and approve payroll results and system changes impacting payroll processing.

  • Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, Payroll Technology, and external payroll providers.

  • Coordinate payroll reporting for accounting, financial reporting, statutory filings, and government requirements.

  • Support payroll system implementations, migrations, and the onboarding of additional LATAM countries.

  • Monitor payroll service levels, identify process improvements, and drive operational efficiencies.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal payroll governance standards.

  • Participate in regional and global payroll projects, including occasional international travel when required.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a payroll team within a multinational corporate environment supporting multi-country payroll operations or high-volume payroll.

  • Strong experience managing the full payroll lifecycle.

  • Experience supporting payroll operations across multiple Latin American countries.

  • Advanced English (spoken and written).

  • Experience working with enterprise payroll and timekeeping systems.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, payroll reporting, reconciliations, and payroll controls.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Experience working with ADP GlobalView, Streamline, Celergo, or other ADP payroll solutions.

  • Experience working within a payroll outsourcing or managed payroll services model.

  • Experience managing payroll implementations, migrations, or payroll transformation projects.

  • Knowledge of payroll governance, service management, SLA/KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience.

  • Payroll certifications or professional payroll qualifications.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Access, or other reporting and analytics tools.
