Placements24 is seeking an Abogado Senior - Derecho Contractual to join a fully remote legal team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts for international clients, with emphasis on MSAs, SOWs, and software licenses.

English proficiency is required and prior IT/services experience is a plus. You will advise on terms, manage risk, and help implement standardized templates and playbooks to streamline the contract process in a global, remote

Qualifications

10+ years of extensive experience in commercial contract law.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for high-value agreements.
Proficient in English; knowledge of technology/IT services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, software licenses, and partner agreements.
Provide expert advice on contractual terms, risks, and obligations to business stakeholders.
Develop standardized contract templates and playbooks to improve efficiency.
Manage contract lifecycle with compliance and record-keeping.
Conduct legal research and analyze contract-related issues.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and engineering in a remote setting.
Assist in negotiation strategies for complex deals and stay updated on laws.
