Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in liquid paint, powder coating or electrostatic painting processes.
• Proven ability to manage personnel and lead teams.
• Technical knowledge of surface preparation and coating application.

Responsibilities

• Supervise painting operations from preparation to final inspection.
• Plan and organize production schedules for the painting line.
• Manage painting personnel including selection and training.
