Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to enforce HSE, QA, and Lean practices while coordinating a team of 30+ staff. You will manage production schedules, oversee payroll-related processes, and drive continuous improvement across an industrial sector in Mexico.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of fabrication processes, and an intermediate-advanced English level. SAP knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to influence plant-level projects and investments.

Formación

• Degree in related fields is required.
• 2+ years experience as a manufacturing supervisor.
• Experience leading direct reports (30+ people).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Fabrication processes (punching, bending, welding, painting).
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 8D reports experience preferred.
• Payroll administration experience (incidents, attendance, overtime).
• Intermediate-Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce HSE and 5S; report incidents and near misses.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems and processes to meet quality levels.
• Supervise production sector and manage teams.
• Align resources to meet short- and mid-term objectives; develop training plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and adjust programs per priorities.
• Organize training needs and ensure versatility in teams.
• Contribute to plant-level investment proposals and projects.
