Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This senior, hands-on role connects business objectives, media strategy, execution and performance — and takes full ownership of accounts from planning through optimization and reporting.

You’ll work across clients and industries, partnering with Strategy, Creative, Data and Client Services to turn business challenges into measurable media solutions. Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is essential.

Formación

• Senior paid media professional with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Exposure to LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Programmatic.
• Comfort with performance, lead generation, ecommerce and full-funnel strategies.
• Proficiency in GA4, dashboards and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and translate business objectives into actionable Paid Media strategies and plans.
• Own the end-to-end management of assigned accounts and business lines.
• Lead campaign implementation, optimization, budget management and testing across key platforms.
• Analyze performance and turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Present results and recommendations to clients with confidence and a business-oriented perspective.
