Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn for a portfolio of education-focused clients. You will own performance, analytics, and optimization to drive inquiries, applications and enrollments.

Collaborating with Account Services, Analytics, and Creative teams, you will stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, communicating results to partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paid Media experience managing performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month).
• Proven success optimizing multi-channel campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting performance and strategy to clients or leadership.
• Agency environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance for assigned accounts, aligning with partner goals like inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Identify and execute ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams for smooth execution and strong performance.
• Stay informed on Paid Media trends and innovations in higher education marketing.
