Atomic Hr is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for university and education-focused clients. You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and YouTube, driving inquiries, applications, enrollments, and student engagement.

You will collaborate with analytics and creative teams, translate data into strategic recommendations, and help shape the agency’s paid media vision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience leading performance campaigns.
• Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month).
• Proven success driving multi-channel lead generation and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-strategy translation.
• Experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management across multiple accounts.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid media strategy and execution across channels: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, streaming.
• Own campaign performance to meet inquiries, applications, enrollments, and leads.
• Monitor performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Identify and test opportunities across channels, audiences, and creatives.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams for smooth execution.
• Stay informed on paid media trends in higher education marketing.
