Atomic Hr is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for education-focused partners. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and emerging formats, driving inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience managing performance-focused digital campaigns.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month preferred).
• Proven success developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting campaign performance and strategy to clients or senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance for assigned accounts, aligning with partner goals such as inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to partners and internal teams.
• Identify and execute ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth execution and strong performance.
• Stay informed on Paid Media trends, platform updates, and innovations within education marketing.
