Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a senior packaging engineer to lead advanced packaging initiatives from concept through commercialization in alignment with product, marketing, operations and sustainability goals.

The role includes mentoring peers, driving material and process innovations, and championing continuous improvement while ensuring data accuracy and strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Design or relevant packaging engineering experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in packaging engineering in consumer products or manufacturing.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional packaging development from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and execute robust project plans with timelines and risk mitigation.
• Drive innovation by adopting new materials, technologies, and processes.
• Mentor and support team members; share expertise and feedback.
• Champion continuous improvement to optimize packaging efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate effectively across functions and communicate with all stakeholders.
