• 8+ years in packaging engineering, preferably consumer products.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Ability to lead complex projects, manage ambiguity, and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, methods, and testing standards (ISTA/ASTM).
