BRP in Querétaro seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to guide Lean transformations across plants and functions. You will implement BRPMS concepts, coach teams, and drive kaizen events, standardize methods, and deliver savings while ensuring safety and quality.

You will develop guidelines, dashboards, and digital tools (Power BI/Power Apps/SharePoint) to monitor KPIs and sustain improvements on a global scale.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Industrial/Systems Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing and Black Belt certification.
• Seven years of experience in the area.
• Master's degree is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as expert in BRP management system implementation.
• Develop guidelines, policies, programs, processes and procedures.
• Coach and facilitate effective Lean manufacturing practices.
• Promote lean thinking and continuous improvement.
• Consolidate CI data from BRP plants (KPIs, projects, savings).
• Drive standardization of Lean methods, reports, metrics, and definitions.
• Promote digitalization with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI portals.
• Manage best practices database and lessons learned platforms.
• Support OpEx roadmap alignment and project execution.
• Organize and facilitate Kaizen events and workshops.
