• Set milestones and objectives with input from stakeholders.
• Review schedules and provide guidance to project teams.
• Maintain alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and manage scope, time and cost constraints.
• Provide regular project status and corrective actions.
