Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Team Leader, Operations Quality in Monterrey to supervise Quality Support and Team Leader staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and process controls. The role requires coaching, performance monitoring and escalation when needed.

The STL will coordinate with multiple functions to sustain product quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while applying ISO standards and quality tools in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and ISO quality standards.
• Experience with sampling plans (AQL) and basic quality tools.
• Proven ability to lead and train teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and training to Quality Support and Quality Team Leader staff.
• Monitor performance, attendance and disciplinary matters.
• Review defects and drive corrective actions with the team.
