Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (IPC-A-610) and ISO.
• Experience leading line teams and training staff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review inspection method and sampling plan in the Quality Plan and provide feedback as needed.
• Monitor and manage performance, attendance and discipline of the team.
• Provide direct supervision and training to Quality Support staff and Team Leaders.
• Drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis to improve quality metrics.
