DXC Technology in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to deliver technical and operational support for critical manufacturing applications on site.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage incidents and releases, coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendors, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements while ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident management, change management, and production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform onsite support activities, including troubleshooting and client meetings.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and third-party vendors for resolution and enhancements.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Assist with change and release management for production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
