DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to provide onsite technical and operational support for critical manufacturing applications in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

This role requires close interaction with plant-floor operations, technical teams, and client stakeholders. The position involves troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, RCA participation, and contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, preferably in manufacturing environments.

• Perform onsite troubleshooting, workshops, and client meetings at the plant floor.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to provide technical and operational support for business-critical applications within a manufacturing environment in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.This is an onsite position requiring direct interaction with plant-floor operations, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
