Job summary

Eaton’s IS VEH EMBdivision is seeking a Senior Set ups Engineer to lead the introduction of new electromechanical and electronics product line setups. You will validate product changes, manage ECO processes, and ensure compliance with customer requirements and RoHS/WEEE initiatives.

You will coordinate with marketing, development, tooling, and manufacturing to ensure launches meet timelines and quality standards. Strong focus on NBOs, cost-out, and supplier collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Ability to design using AutoCAD is required.
• Working knowledge of electronics-based devices and validation processes (DFMEA, tests).
• Experience with Enovia and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Release new setups as requested by Marketing/Sales and coordinate all actions (Enovia drawings, SAP config, test equipment updates).
• Provide product line support for new set ups introduction.
• Lead Buy-Sell opportunities and define requirements for implementation.
• Lead Cost Out activities from an engineering and material perspective.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to design and validate solutions.
