Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced engineer to bridge Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production. You will ensure technical accuracy, manufacturability, and controlled execution of engineering changes on industrial chillers.

The role covers prototype builds, pilot runs, SOPs, Safe Launch, and site readiness while coordinating with global stakeholders. Advanced English and CAD/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency; coordinate with global teams.
• Experience interpreting and managing BOMs, drawings, GD&T, specs, and 3D CAD models.
• Proven ability to lead prototype builds, pilot runs, and production readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for chiller manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Review and ensure BOMs, drawings, and specs are accurate prior to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute manufacturability improvements and changes.
• Lead site-wide change management for engineering releases and PFEP ownership.
• Document findings and drive permanent corrective actions with traceability.
