Carrier in Guanajuato, Mexico is seeking a Sr NPI Engineer to drive industrial chiller product introductions and manufacturing readiness. You will coordinate between Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production to ensure technical accuracy and controlled execution of engineering changes.

You will lead manufacturability reviews, manage BOMs and drawings, support assembly and testing, and coordinate cross-functional teams across global sites to ensure on-time, quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, aeronautical or industrial engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), industrialization, or manufacturing project management.
• Advanced English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and coordinating with global teams.
• Experience interpreting and managing BOMs, engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and 3D CAD models.
• Proven ability to lead prototype builds, pilot runs, structured problem-solving initiatives, and production readiness activities.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for chillers during manufacturing and continuous improvement across product lifecycle.
• Validate that engineering and design information is reflected in BOMs, drawings, specs, and 3D models before production.
• Interpret and review electrical/control schematics for assembly and validation; up to 850 ton chillers for Air-Cooled lines.
