Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle management, QA, customer communications and troubleshooting.
• Use network troubleshooting tools to probe and route tickets to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate with field support organizations to install or fix network issues.
• Support multiple complex accounts with diverse feature sets.
