Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a Network Support Specialist to manage WAN/LAN infrastructures for multiple accounts. Responsibilities include providing life-cycle management, quality assurance, and technical troubleshooting support. Candidates must have a basic understanding of telecom and networking principles, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR B2 and above). The position requires onsite presence in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro. Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols is preferred.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above).
• Basic knowledge of telecom and network fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts.
• Provide life-cycle management and technical troubleshooting support.
• Use provided network troubleshooting tools to perform diagnosis.
• Coordinates with field support organizations to fix network issues.
