Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Lead in Mexico City for a hybrid role with three days on-site at Tecnoparque. You will own reliability and lifecycle of core infrastructure components, drive automation, and guide risk and change decisions across environments.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Risk, IT Service Owners, and vendors to meet capacity, performance, and security goals while mentoring teammates and promoting best practices in resilient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or supporting enterprise network infrastructure in production.
• Ability to analyze complex dependencies and communicate risks clearly.
• Experience leading resilience, DR exercises, and incident reviews.
• Proven delivery of infrastructure changes through automation and repeatable deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned network infrastructure services and components.
• Maintain current understanding of dependencies, boundaries, data flows, and risks.
• Contribute to architecture simplification and modernization.
• Identify and reduce technical debt affecting stability, security or delivery.
• Assess impact of changes on dependent services and operations.
• Lead monitoring improvements and incident investigations.
