Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong .NET and C# expertise to join a global engineering team in Mexico. You will own the full web stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces, ensuring quality and reliability across multi-national projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement MVC-based solutions, and continuously improve software quality, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on .NET and C# in professional settings.
• Strong JavaScript skills with practical jQuery experience.
• Experience implementing ASP.NET MVC in live projects.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap for frontend design and layout.
• Proficient CSS/HTML for web interfaces, responsive layouts.
• English proficiency at B2+ to interpret business needs and translate to tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and debug web-based applications end-to-end.
• Add new functionality to existing products and systems.
• Integrate external components into current architectures as needed.
• Adhere to coding standards and review teammates' contributions.
• Maintain QA-focused mindset across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct tests to ensure functionality and quality expectations are met.
• Refine requirements during backlog grooming sessions.
• Maintain reliability of current tech stack and systems.
• Share rotating on-call duties within the team.
