Formación

• Three+ years in a software engineering role.
• Strong Java 8+ experience and OO design.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable Java applications.
• Contribute to system design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality.
• Perform code reviews and promote coding standards.
• Fix complex defects across design, implementation, testing, and release.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices.
• Participate in planning and provide delivery estimates.
• Stay updated with tech trends to add value.
• Document engineering decisions for future maintenance.
• Engage stakeholders to align priorities with outcomes.
