You will own deployment pipelines, mentor engineers, and tackle complex production issues while improving system security and performance. Strong English communications are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of software engineering with increasing responsibility.
• End‑to‑end delivery across frontend and backend.
• In‑depth familiarity with artificial intelligence methods and ML basics.
• Expert JavaScript for high‑performance interactive apps.
• React proficiency for modular UIs and advanced state management.
• Solid Node.js experience for APIs and microservices.
• Practical Python for data tasks and AI tooling.
• Experience with Java in enterprise integrations.
• Go concepts for concurrent services and lightweight utilities.
• Testify for repeatable tests and validation checks.
• Webpack configuration for packaging and code splitting.
• Jest, Karma, Mocha for modern JS test suites.
• Gulp and Grunt for build pipelines and automation.
• C2+ English communication for global teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and production rollout of web systems powered by JavaScript and AI features.
• Define scope, constraints, and success criteria with PM, design, and analytics.
• Refine frontend behavior and backend performance for fast, stable journeys.
• Operationalize predictive models in live environments with security in mind.
• Create organized source code with documentation and maintainability.
• Ensure release quality with test coverage for components and services.
• Optimize build tools, CI pipelines, and automation to reduce delivery times.
• Mentor and grow developing engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot production issues across application and infrastructure landscape.
• Contribute to architecture decisions that raise engineering maturity.
