Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Advisor for Mexicali, Baja California. This hybrid role blends field client visits at businesses or homes with office tasks to handle administrative duties and team collaboration.

You will identify client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships with businesses and individuals to safeguard assets and future. The ideal candidate has a sales mindset and deep knowledge of commercial and personal lines,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for client visits in Mexicali.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential clients through research and networking in the Mexicali business community.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine insurance requirements.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals.
• Explain policies, coverage, and terms clearly.
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing to win new business.
• Manage a client portfolio ensuring renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships with proactive service.
• Stay updated on market trends and new products.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims for smooth issuance.
