TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER - Molding in Mexico to develop and industrialize molding tools for new and existing products. You will partner with product development, quality, and project teams to launch injections molds.

Responsibilities include DFx refinements, tooling cost estimation, mold specs, process optimization, and leading design reviews and run-at-rate analyses. Requires a plastics engineering degree, 5–8 years mold experience, Creo/SolidWorks, and

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering; Master’s preferred.
5–8 years of experience in mold design and processing, ideally in electrical connector industry.
Proficient in PTC Creo or SolidWorks with 3D modeling, parts, assemblies, drawings.
Proficient in flow simulation using Moldflow or MoldEx 3D.
Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

Develop and industrialize molding tools for new and existing products.
Lead mold design reviews and run-at-rate studies.
Collaborate with product development, quality, and project managers to ensure success.
Define tooling specs and participate in PFMEA and control plans.
Coordinate with external tooling vendors for mold development and qualification.
