TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer focused on plastic injection molding.

You will lead development, validation, and optimization of molding processes, driving process stability, productivity, and cost improvements across high-volume production. You will own process windows, perform DOE/SPC analyses, and mentor technicians while supporting NPI, transfers and equipment validation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Advanced training or certifications in molding and lean/six sigma are highly preferred.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, validate, and optimize molding processes and manufacturing operations.
• Monitor process performance and improve quality, scrap, cycle time, and productivity.
• Lead NPI, transfers, and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainment of process capability.
