TE Connectivity in Querétaro seeks a Senior MFG & PROCESS DVL Engineer to lead injection molding development, validation and production support. You will partner across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Toolroom, Product Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver new launches, cost improvements and defect reduction.

The role demands strong scientific molding expertise, capability in process optimization, and readiness to travel. A related engineering degree and 5+ years in molding are expected.

Formación

• Bachelors in mechanical/manufacturing/ plastics/ mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in injection molding or related processes.
• Experience with process development, mold trials, validation, and production launches.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, hot runners, and defect analysis.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead molding process development, qualification, transfer and implementation.
• Define process windows, equipment needs, tooling interfaces and production standards.
• Lead mold and process validations, sampling, and release.
• Apply scientific molding to stabilize processes and reduce operator dependence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Toolroom, Product Engineering, Supply Chain and suppliers.
• Support equipment installation, startup, ramp-up and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in troubleshooting and process discipline.
