HERE Technologies in León, Mexico is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to blend deep technical expertise with customer success, guiding clients through evaluation, production, and optimization of HERE’s location products.

You will support mobile and embedded SDKs across Android, iOS, and Flutter, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Formación

• Experience supporting mobile and embedded SDK integrations.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Resume in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support mobile and embedded SDK implementations across Android, iOS, and Flutter.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues using logs and debugging tools.
• Partner with customers to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.
• Analyze root causes and drive permanent solutions for high-impact technical challenges.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
