HERE Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to drive success for customers using our mobile and embedded SDKs across Android, iOS, and Flutter. You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement durable solutions.

You will partner with customers to optimize integrations of APIs, SDKs, and cloud services, while communicating clearly to diverse audiences.

Formación

• Experience with mobile applications, cloud services, and APIs (REST, SDKs, Java).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mobile platforms and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of mapping technologies such as geocoding, routing, navigation, and positioning.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Experience in customer-facing or cross-functional environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Accountability and ownership to drive tasks through completion.

Responsabilidades

• Support mobile and embedded SDK implementations across Android, iOS, and Flutter.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues using stack traces, logs, and debugging tools.
• Partner with customers to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.
• Analyze root causes and drive permanent solutions for high-impact technical challenges.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
