Location: Mexico City, Mexico - Will mostly be working remote, but will need to be able to work on-site as needed occasionally.

Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $335 MXN - $391 MXN/Hour ($18-$21 USD/Hour)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a talented and driven React Native Developer to join our mobile engineering team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across the full mobile development stack and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be building high-performance, scalable mobile applications using modern technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, React, and TypeScript
Utilize YAML for configuration and automation tasks
Manage project dependencies with NPM and Yarn
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with React Native, React, and TypeScript
Familiarity with YAML for configuration management
Proficient in using NPM and Yarn for package management
Solid understanding of mobile development principles and best practices

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with Java, Kotlin, or Swift for native mobile development
Knowledge of Bash scripting for CI/CD automation
Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
