Christie Lites is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Administrator to support the administration, security, automation, and continued development of our enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. The role blends broad M365 administration with advanced Power Platform expertise, focusing on Power Automate and integrations with external business apps.

You will own automation projects, troubleshoot complex flows, and collaborate with the Senior Systems Engineer to sustain service

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external SaaS apps via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 authentication and cloud security concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Power Platform, including flows, environments, and licensing.
• Develop and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows for business operations.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with third-party apps (e.g., Zendesk) via REST APIs.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, security, and compliance settings.
• Maintain Power Apps permissions, data connections, and app configurations.
• Collaborate with Senior Systems Engineer to ensure reliability and security.
