Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Superintendent to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and drive productivity. You will oversee receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods, manage inventory levels, and coordinate supplies while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing shipment logs, tracking KPIs, optimizing workflows, training new staff, and reporting on performance to improve efficiency.

Formación

• > Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, marketing or related field.
• > Strong communication and organizational skills.
• > Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• > Good computer skills.
• > Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• > Excellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking abilities.
• > Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a team.

What will you do?

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

How will you do it?

• Constantly work to improve processes.
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
• Optimize employee workflow.
• Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs.

• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
• Prepare reports on receiving activities as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, math’s, and multi-tasking skills.
• Minimum 3-5 year of experience managing a team.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing experience. (HVAC a plus)
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Superior computer skills in MS Office applications.
• Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
• English 50%.
