Jabil in Mexico's Nuevo León region seeks an experienced Master Planner to manage all planning activities for a dedicated workcell and mentor Production Planners and Document Coordinators. You will develop MPS, maintain PO coverage, and ensure 95%+ on-time performance while optimizing capacity and material control.

You will own BOMs, routings, and EOL tasks, coordinating with manufacturing to meet customer demand and drive efficient use of resources.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times, and planning processes.
• 8 years in Planning Activities with 1.5 years as Master Planner.

Mansioni

• Ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Establish build readiness for the workcell.
• Maintain capacity efficiency and forecast accuracy.
• Develop MPS and load into ERP with PO coverage.
• Reconcile MPS to PO coverage weekly.
• Own production planning, BOM and document control.
• Lead BOMs and routings for accurate WIP tracking.
• Manage EOL planning 30 days before last build date.
• Manage internal purge process for Workcells.
• Follow safety, health and security procedures.
