Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Senior Master Planner to manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell and mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators. You will own BOMs, routings, MPS, and capacity planning, ensuring accurate forecasts and 100% on-time delivery.

You will lead the creation of BOMs, routings, and material planning, coordinate with customers on demand, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling, with APICS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience; or Master’s plus 3 years; or PhD.
• APICS certification and supervisor experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times, BOMs, routings, internal run rates, and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP with PO coverage.
• Maintain 100% on-time delivery and accurate MPS.
• Own BOMs, routings, and document control; lead capacity planning.
• Analyze material and capacity requirements; communicate constraints to customer.
• Manage EOL processes and ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Lead meetings with workcell and manufacturing to optimize schedules.
