Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Master Planner to manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell and mentor Production Planners and Document Coordinators. The role focuses on maintaining 100% on-time delivery, build readiness, and accurate MPS with ERP system integration.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, BOM/routing creation, and ensuring accurate material control. APICS certification and supervisor experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on achieving a 95% MPS goal.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of MRP and production scheduling.
• Experience with ERP systems and master planning processes.
• APICS knowledge and supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) with ERP inputs.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and build readiness.
• Maintain capacity and material control; forecast and reconcile PO coverage.
• Lead BOMs and routings creation for accurate WIP tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement for scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
