EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive high-performing email campaigns using Marketo Engage. You will translate Figma assets into email builds and maintain landing pages, forms, and reusable components to speed future campaigns.

You will manage automated sequences, audience segmentation, and tracking while ensuring GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL compliance. Strong HTML/CSS rendering and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience building and managing campaigns on Marketo Engage.
• Marketo certification counted as a bonus, or equivalent on HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS rendering across email clients.
• Experience with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL compliance.

Responsabilités

• Shape and polish email layouts and landing page designs that render well across devices.
• Diagnose formatting issues using HTML/CSS and tidy up text presentation across email programs.
• Translate designs into responsive email builds and landing pages in Marketo.
• Set up and manage automated engagement sequences and segmented audiences in Marketo.
• Launch campaigns including one-time emails, drip sequences, and event promotions.
• Build merge fields, dynamic blocks, and program frameworks per naming guidelines.
• Keep the CRM/database clean and assist with lead scoring and routing in operations.
• Monitor inbox placement, rendering, links, and tracking metrics; review open/click rates and bounces.
• Review emails before launch for rendering, links, and personalization correctness.
• Design and oversee A/B tests for subject lines, sender identity, layouts, and timing.
