EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to blend technical Marketo expertise with creative marketing execution. You will craft mobile-friendly emails, landing pages and automated workflows for diverse campaigns across global teams.

Work with Marketo standards, ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance, and collaborate with marketing, creative and content squads to optimize performance. The role offers growth within a dynamic, inclusive global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing and running campaigns with Marketo Engage or similar platforms.
• Strong HTML/CSS, with focus on email rendering across clients.
• Experience with Litmus or Email on Acid for testing deliverability and rendering.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust and refine mobile-friendly email designs and landing pages in Marketo.
• Convert Figma mockups into compatible email deliverables.
• Develop Marketo-hosted landing pages, forms and reusable templates.
