EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to shape and execute scalable marketing campaigns using Marketo Engage. You will craft email designs, build landing pages, and manage automated flows across multiple programs while ensuring deliverability and GDPR compliance.

The role demands strong HTML/CSS skills, experience with email testing tools like Litmus, and a track record of data-driven optimization. Collaboration with international teams and continuous learning are key.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and running campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage (or similar platforms)
• Strong HTML/CSS skills with cross-client rendering
• Experience with email testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid
• Solid understanding of deliverability, sender reputation, CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CASL frameworks
• Proven ability to run multiple campaigns and manage deadlines in fast-paced environments

Responsabilidades

• Craft and sharpen email designs and landing pages for responsive delivery across devices using Marketo
• Fix rendering issues across email clients with HTML/CSS and correct copy layout
• Translate Figma designs into Marketo email templates that render correctly
• Build and maintain landing pages, templates, and modular elements in Marketo
• Set up automated flows, audiences, and lead scoring aligned with campaigns
• Coordinate A/B tests for subject lines, sender names, layouts, and send timing
• Develop personalization tags, dynamic modules, and program setup following naming standards
• Ensure data integrity, manage contacts, and align with operations on lead routing
