You will design integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, drive customer acquisition, and optimize affiliate partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign management.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline media.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, media planning, SEO, SEM/PPC, CRM, and analytics.
• Experience in iGaming industry.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and marketing performance metrics.
• Affiliate marketing and partnership management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead campaign planning, creative development, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Manage media strategies, agency relationships, budgets, and marketing KPIs to maximize performance.
• Drive customer acquisition through SEO, SEM/PPC, CRM, sponsorships, content marketing, and digital media.
• Build and manage affiliate partnerships, negotiate deals, and optimize affiliate performance.
• Identify and develop new business partnerships across media, sports, hospitality, retail, and technology.
• Conduct market research and leverage customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and commercial success.
